Tier 2 remote support of Russian IT company specializing in development and implementation of e-solutions for data exchange. 24/7 troubleshooting of existent hardware-software complex that is used for exchange of legally valid documents and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)-documents. Response time: 15 minutes

Achieved results:

  • Steady monitoring of sending/receiving of documents via executing different quires
    in database (MS SQL);
  • Monitoring of customer`s services availability;
  • Processing of incidents from Customer`s Clients at nighttime (email, phone);
  • Errors recovery in the process of document flow;
  • Monitoring and failure recovery of services realized document flow: FTP, Mail, Web,
    SFTP;
  • Introduction of amendments to SQL database in accordance with Customer`s
    requirements;
  • Processing of incidents from a 1st line of support.
