Description of the project:

Support and maintenance of 3 SharePoint farms for a large international financial company headquartered in New York with 1000 employees. The project has started as investigation of SharePoint 2010 failing instances and evolved into an ongoing support contract due to our proven experience in resolving complex questions, related to the different aspects of IT-infrastructure:

  • Installation/configuration of the new SharePoint farm;
  • Troubleshooting of existing SharePoint farms;
  • Providing consultations to customer’s IT engineers;
  • Participation in installation/configuration of 3rd party custom solutions for SharePoint.

Achieved results:

  • All SharePoint farms were configured according to the Best Practices. Performance of SharePoint farms increased to acceptable level;
  • All customer’s requests were carried out successfully and the productivity of business processes inside the company has increased;
  • Customer IT Department has received qualified independent technical assessment.
