Providing remote Tier 3 support for international engineering company with offices in Denmark, Lithuania and Australia:

• Local Windows 2012 Domain infrastructure administration;
• Support and configuration of MS Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for business);
• Hosting services and MS;
• Storage servers support End-user support;
• SVN/TeamCity setup and administration.

Achieved results:

• IT infrastructure services troubleproof functionality has been provided;
• Secured VPN Tunnel between regional offices configured;
• Mail organization migrated to Exchange Online;
• Public domain and company web site migrated to new hosting;
• Production SVN server with ≈ 100 repositories over the globe migration.
