Tier 3 remote support of Danish IT company specializing in Telecommunications, Hosting services, Service & Support, IP Connection-platforms, Internet & VPN, Monitoring. Troubleshooting of existent Microsoft-based infrastructure products.
Response time: 30 minutes

  • Assisting IT department in Tier 3 issue troubleshooting;
  • Administration, configuration and optimization of customer’s IT;
  • Infrastructure, solving sudden and critical incidents;
  • Giving expert advice to the customer IT team;
  • Extending customers Exchange organization;
