Tier 3 remote support of Danish IT company specializing in Telecommunications, Hosting services, Service & Support, IP Connection-platforms, Internet & VPN, Monitoring. Troubleshooting of existent Microsoft-based infrastructure products.
Response time: 30 minutes
- Assisting IT department in Tier 3 issue troubleshooting;
- Administration, configuration and optimization of customer’s IT;
- Infrastructure, solving sudden and critical incidents;
- Giving expert advice to the customer IT team;
- Extending customers Exchange organization;
- Configuration of Active Director, Hyper-V, Citrix Xen.
- Exchange 2010 Failover DAG setup;
- E-mail domain successfully transferred to the new hosting;
- Organization certificates reconfiguration;
- Replication between Domain Controllers configured correctly;
